Nancy Hughes in our Camden Office has this great listing - It's right across the street from Beech Hill in Rockport, Maine which is operated by Coastal Mountains Land Trust. How cool is it to walk outside your door, cross the street and hike up a hill that has expansive views of Penobscot Bay!
